Ave66project.com was the third successful project AE Design Co. completed for Connect & Company, a public relations agency for Southern California government projects.
Solution
A WordPress website was developed as the hub for communicating with the public about recent construction updates and road detours. It was crucial that the public was notified immediately, so AE Design Co. incorporated email & SMS (text message) automation into the website. Every time a new notice was added to the site, those that signed up to receive notifications about the project would automatically be notified via email or text messages.
Not only does the communication system work well for Ave 66 travelers, but it is extremely easy for the Connect & Company staff to use on their own.
